Sagarsoft was conceived as a Differentiated Technology Solutions and Services provider; to Create value for ‘Tech-enabled and Tech-driven Businesses worldwide’ by making the best use of our multi-dimensional capabilities in Technology, Design, Engineering, Delivery, Relationship management, and Business Acumen

A decade marked by Growth, and expansion into the North American market on the back of robust offerings in ADM and Network support. We added capabilities to deliver end-to-end Technology Transformation initiatives incl. Consulting, and ‘Speed to Value for New Tech’. Consequently, our key relationships turned Strategic and Long term.
The positive Investor confidence was evident when we went Public in 2000. We couldn’t be more happier.
Data Science, Mobile, Cloud, Digital, Analytics, IoT. These are Transformational waves that forever changed the way we go about our lives, and how Business gets done. Our portfolio evolved to provide not just specialist services and solutions in the above areas, but also offer end-to-end end-to-end Digital transformation management at speed and scale.
In 2015, we moved from the regional stock exchange to BSE (formerly Bombay Stock Exchange); a Proud moment for us all, and a sign of things to come.
A Black Swan year, 2020 had many lessons for all. After the initial step-back, Businesses swiftly responded by upping their Digital transformation game. Our customers and prospects chose us to shape and deliver, strategic projects in Data Engineering, Platform re-engineering, Cloud migrations and Optimization, UX/ UI transformation, Digital engagement and Omni-channel content management, Financial decision making and Performance predictability through EPM implementations, to name a few.
2021 is a watershed year. Humanity finally had the Vaccine to manage Covid – 19. Businesses embraced and accelerated Digital transformation like never before. As the world became more digital, Sagarsoft, in its 25th anniversary year, took growth strides by acquiring a New Jersey based Software services entity – IT Cats LLC (doing business as Infoway Software), and by opening a second development center in India, in the city of Bengaluru, the Silicon valley of India. The former brings a customer base with deeper relationships, while the latter adds to the delivery capability through an expanded reach. Both are invaluable to an unfolding growth story.

Management Team

Sagarsoft Management Team comprises technology and business visionaries propelling the company toward growth and success. Entrepreneurial and hands-on, they are knowledgeable and experienced on all fronts. Add to that a flexible delivery structure, which enables nimble response in a dynamic business and technological environment.

Jagadeesh Manupati
Managing Director

He is responsible for the entire operations of Sagarsoft (India) Limited. As its Chief Architect for over 2 decades, he created a culture of innovation, operational fluidity and customer delight. He possesses an amazing talent for integrating the best minds to deliver as one great team. He has been one of the pillars of the company, ushering in an era of sustained growth.

K Pradeep Kumar Reddy
Executive Director & CFO

Pradeep wears dual hats of CFO and Chief Growth Officer. In the latter role, he is responsible for Alliances, Strategic Customer Engagements, Value Propositions, and Capability development. With a background in Technology and Business Management, he’s always focused on ensuring that Sagarsoft remains a differentiated value creator even as technology keeps evolving rapidly.

Kondrella Roopesh
Non-Executive Director

With over 20 years of experience, Roopesh is an expert in running software services and solutions development companies. He is an expert in sales, marketing, business development, and building market attractive competencies - offerings in software consulting. He is the president of the wholly owned subsidiary of Sagarsoft- IT CATS LLC, USA.
